STA, including Respite, is a program designed to provide support and accommodation for a short time away from usual home. This gives you and your carers a short break.
We not only look after the accommodation side of things, we also organise the support you need whilst staying at one of our locations. We can accommodate you at one of our partner facilities at the coastal and hinterland areas of Sunshine Coast, or at a Rainforest Retreat.
Our STA program includes not only the accommodation but will also provide support as needed, meals, and day activities which are age and skill appropriate.
We have two accommodation units which are specifically set up for wheelchair bound clients. It is equipped with hi-lo bed, hoist, bath chair, and have been set up to make moving around easier and more convenient.
