Life Skills

Our OT Life Skills program helps participants build independence and confidence in everyday life. Through tailored, hands-on support, we focus on practical skills such as cooking, menu planning, money management, self-care, managing routines, household tasks, and accessing the community. Programs are fully personalised to each individual, supporting them to live more confidently and participate fully in daily life. Uniquely, the program also creates non-judgmental, practical spaces for open discussion through “doing,” providing opportunities for participants who may be reluctant to communicate in traditional therapy settings.
