At Case Management, we understand that finding the right work opportunities is about more than just the job – it’s about achieving goals and building confidence.

We are passionate about providing tailored interventions for each client, taking into account their individual circumstances. Whether preparing for work, volunteering, or applying for and gaining employment, we support clients every step of the way.

Our services are supported under the NDIS through School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) or Finding and Keeping a Job (F&KJ) funding.

• We also work collaboratively with DES providers and support workers to ensure holistic, coordinated support.
